Restaurant Insurance Inspections

TFS provides detailed restaurant inspection reports for underwriting that include both restaurant operational exposure review and cooking exposure review.

Detailed Operational Review

We verify key business operations, entertainment, occupancy, and exposures on site.

Cooking Exposure Assessment

Our reports include a thorough review of kitchen equipment, fire protection, and fuel sources.

Underwriter-Focused Reports

Clear, consistent inspection reports built specifically for underwriting decisions.

Fast Turnaround

Efficient processes help deliver reliable reports when you need them.

Which Supplement Applies?

The restaurant inspection process depends on whether the restaurant itself is being inspected for coverage or whether the restaurant is a tenant in a building being inspected.

Full Restaurant Inspection

When TFS is inspecting the restaurant business itself for insurance coverage, we complete both the Restaurant Supplemental and the Cooking Supplemental.

Tenant Cooking Exposure

When the restaurant is only a tenant in a building being inspected, we complete the Cooking Supplemental only.
