Habitational risks may include an apartment, dwelling, or condo supplement, a lessors risk supplement, and any additional exposure-specific supplements needed for amenities or property-specific hazards.

Apartment / Condo / Dwelling Supplement

Used for apartments, dwellings, condos, and other habitational risks to document occupancy characteristics, amenities, security, and liability exposures.

Lessors Risk Supplement

Used when tenant occupancy and building owner exposures must be documented, including tenant mix, hours of operation, certificates of insurance, and common area responsibilities.

Additional Exposure-Specific Supplements

TFS may also activate pertinent supplemental questions for exposures such as swimming pools, playgrounds, exercise facilities, docks, ponds, or other property-specific amenities.
